Unknown Themes >Listen to the WROC Unknown Themes Montage These are a few different themes used by WROC in the 1980's. Any information about these would be greatly appreciated. "The Leading Edge" by Soundtrack >Listen to "The Leading Edge" as heard on WROC "The Leading Edge" is part of a production music library by Soundtrack. This theme was used on WROC from 1991 to 1992. "Power News" by 615 Music This theme was used from the mid '90s until 1998. Unfortunately I lack footage of WROC from this era so it is unknown which versions of the package were used. "Image News" by Gari Communications, Inc. >Listen to "Image News" as heard on WROC >Listen to Voice-Over Montage of "Image News" This package was originally designed for Hearst-Argyle television stations in 1997. Over the years Frank Gari and his team have composed updates to the package, including custom cuts for certain stations across the country. One of those stations was WROC, who in 2000, commissioned Gari to make a custom series of Image News for their news opens and bumpers. Image News has been used on WROC since 1998 and continues to be to this day.
